What happens next

Processing time: typically within 7 business days.

Data deleted (when your request is processed):

• Account profile details (name, contact details, login credentials)
• Account access (you will no longer be able to log in)
• Uploaded profile photo (if any)

Data retained (may be kept for audit/compliance and operational integrity):

• Match participation/points records and audit logs
• System security logs (fraud/abuse prevention)

Where possible, retained records may be de-identified after account deletion.
